Zoukin member’s violinist Emily Sheppard and bouzouki player/vocalist Jesse McCormack met by chance on the street and soon realised their potential as a single musical entity of Classical-Folk fusion. These two quirky individuals combine inspiration from great composers such as Vivaldi, Bach and Mozart, and the musical traditions of the Celtic and Nordic countries into a furiously bubbling melting pot.
